Yet the central question often remains unanswered:

That is what Pinpap aims to help with.

These details lead to a personal shortlist with understandable reasons instead of a long list of results.
Understandable rather than a black box
That is why Pinpap shows:

- and when important product information is missing.

Prices and availability are updated regularly, but are not a guarantee of the price in the merchant's online shop.

Pinpap starts with numerous categories in areas such as computing, electronics, audio, household appliances and kitchen products.
Product information, merchants and advice features are continually expanded and improved.
Feedback is therefore very welcome.
Data-conscious advice without an account
You can use Pinpap without an account. We use data that serves advice, security and improvement. Pinpap has no external advertising or analytics trackers and no session-recording tools. Internal usage and quality analyses help us improve the advice.
Guest consultations are stored for a limited time, normally 90 days from creation for operational use. During subsequent cleanup they are analysed separately from the session. We do not create personal advertising profiles from guest consultations. Detached analysis content may be retained; free text can contain personal information and is not automatically fully anonymous.
An account gives you a personal history. When an account is deleted, the personal association is removed; detached consultation content may remain for product improvement. Technically necessary session and security processing also takes place without an account.
Using AI and external services transparently
OpenAI helps with language understanding. Product selection and ranking then follow structured product data and rules. Email addresses and user IDs are not intentionally sent to OpenAI as account metadata; personal information in free text may still be transmitted.
Product images may be loaded directly from external product or merchant CDNs when they are displayed.

What Pinpap deliberately avoids
Pinpap aims to recommend products that suit your requirements, rather than automatically choosing the most expensive or the cheapest item.
In public demo mode, merchant links are provided without affiliate tracking. Pinpap receives no affiliate commission through these demo links. The merchant's own privacy and tracking rules apply on the merchant's website.
